Startup fee: € 5,000

- Includes recipe control, trending, alarm management, and process monitoring.
- Capacity: maximum of 10 recipe steps.
- 30 days of continuous data logging.
- Support: max. 5 business days response time (office hours).
Tier 2 - Professional
For production environments requiring expansion and improved availability.
Annual billing? 5% discount (€ 14,250/year)
Startup fee: € 2,500
- Operation from multiple operator stations possible.
- Capacity: maximum of 25 recipe steps.
- 60 days of continuous data logging.
- Support: max. 1 business day response time (office hours).
- Includes an annual system check on site.
- Expandable: high availability, synchronization, and cure checks as options.
Tier 3 - Premium
For mission-critical installations requiring maximum uptime.
Annual billing? 5% discount (€ 19,950/year)
Startup fee: € 0
- Includes High Availability network and PLC support.
- Synchronization between machines and automated backups.
- Automated cure checks, product certification, and standard add-ons.
- Capacity: maximum of 50 recipe steps.
- 120 days of continuous data logging.
- Support: 24/7 availability with max. 1-hour response time + annual visit.
Extended Specifications & Options
1. Machine and Control Points
Single control point (Tier 1): Suitable for standalone installations or laboratory environments where only one operator station is required.
Multiple control points (Tier 2 & 3): One machine can be controlled and monitored from multiple locations, such as the main control room, a local operator panel on the shop floor, or an engineering workstation. This ensures better operational visibility and reduced downtime during maintenance.
2. High Availability & Uptime (Mission-Critical)
When production downtime is unacceptable, such as in aerospace or continuous production environments, a High Availability network is required. This supports redundant PLC architectures, fiber optic communication, and redundant server systems.
Standard in Tier 3. Optional for Tier 2 at an additional €40 per month.
3. Synchronization and Data Security
To prevent data loss and recover faster after a hardware failure, the platform offers seamless synchronization. This continuously mirrors recipes, historical trends, and system configurations between, for example, main and back-up PCs or between entirely different machine types.
In addition, the software performs automated backups (including log files and test reports) to local storage, NAS systems, or network locations at the end of a cure cycle.
Backups included in Tier 2 & 3. Synchronization standard in Tier 3 (Optional for Tier 2 at €50/mo).
4. Automated 'Cure Check' and Certification
This advanced module fully automatically validates completed cure cycles against predefined process requirements (such as temperature and pressure tolerances, ramp rates, and cooling profiles). The system instantly generates a pass/fail report and traceability documentation in PDF, significantly reducing manual verification and accelerating quality approval.
Standard in Tier 3. Optional for Tier 2 at an additional €40 per month.
5. Storage and Logging
As your production becomes more complex, the need for log and storage capacity for audits and root-cause analyses increases. The capacity scales with your license:
- Continuous log duration: 30 days (Tier 1), 60 days (Tier 2) up to 120 days (Tier 3).
- Recipe & Product Storage: Up to 30 recipes in Tier 1, increasing to over 250 in the Premium Tier 3 database.
Important Conditions & Hardware
- Hardware not included: no hardware is included in the software tiers (such as control panels, industrial PCs, PLCs). Naturally, IACT Complete Control can provide complete hardware engineering and supply as part of a separate project.
- Subscription renewal: all tiers are available on a monthly basis (direct debit possible) and are automatically extended after 12 months.
- Annual discount: customers choosing annual payment in advance receive a 5% discount on the software fee.
- Startup fee: one-time costs for project startup, including software installation, initial configuration, network configuration, and operator instructions.
