From HMI limitations to a limitless platform
Our roots lie deep in aircraft construction. For years, we developed controls for complex autoclaves, traditionally based on a PLC, an HMI screen, and custom software for work preparation. But in an industry that innovates continuously and where safety and precision are central, we ran into the limits of standard HMI systems.
This was the turning point for us to develop our own complete platform: IACT Complete Control. This package covers the entire cycle. From work preparation, curve management, and simulation to process control, redundant data logging, data evaluation, and even automatic product certification.

What started as the ultimate solution for autoclaves has since evolved into a versatile control system for industrial ovens, hydraulic presses, climate chambers, and 'out-of-autoclave' systems. Because no two production processes are the same, Complete Control works with a scalable licensing model.
Do you have a standalone industrial oven or climate chamber? Then our Basic license (Tier 1) provides a robust and complete foundation. However, do you have a mission-critical setup where downtime is unacceptable, as is often the case with complex press or autoclave networks? Then our Premium license (Tier 3) guarantees maximum security through network and PLC redundancy, seamless synchronization, and automated backups.
