Complex pressure distribution and dynamic recipes

In advanced pressing processes, pressure often does not come from just one side; depending on the product, pressure can be built up from multiple directions simultaneously or in phases. Our Complete Control software offers the flexibility to manage these complex pressure profiles with extreme precision.

Within our recipe control, you can easily set combinatorial steps, allowing the press to use a completely different work sequence or pressure distribution per recipe. With a capacity of up to 50 programmable recipe steps (within our Tier 3 license), you are prepared for the most complex productions.

Seamless synchronization with your machinery

One of the most powerful advantages of the Complete Control platform is its uniformity.

Do you use both presses and autoclaves within your facility for processing similar composite or industrial products? Then our system offers unique added value: recipes can be exchanged between them. When using our Tier 3 - Premium license (or optionally in Tier 2), the software even supports continuous synchronization between the control points of totally different types of machines (such as autoclaves and presses).
