Because the IACT Complete Control platform is built on the ability to control 1 to 6 variables both independently and interdependently, it is ideally suited for the advanced control of climate chambers. Within these types of multi-zone thermal process systems, the balance is extremely delicate.
Whether you want to simulate temperature, humidity, solar intensity, wind speed, or a combination thereof; our control system offers the ultimate precision and stability required for demanding test and laboratory environments.
Dynamic recipes with unprecedented flexibility
Within Complete Control, you gain total freedom over the variables in your climate chamber. All these individual climate influences can be programmed via their own recipe, but can also be switched to be fully dependent on one another.
As the user, you determine the exact work sequence and mutual tolerances yourself. Depending on the chosen license, you can define up to 50 programmable recipe steps, allowing you to mimic the most complex and long-term weather or climate conditions with extreme realism.
Simulation and maximum traceability
Before starting a crucial or long-term test process, you want 100% certainty that the program is correct.
Within our software, you can view and fine-tune the entire course of the cycle in advance in the built-in simulator before loading it into the actual climate chamber control. During execution, continuous data logging (up to 120 days of storage in our Tier 3 license) ensures that every temperature trend, humidity level, and alarm notification is flawlessly recorded.
This is invaluable for your measurement reports and root-cause analyses.
A license tailored to your R&D or production
For stand-alone climate chambers and laboratory curing systems, our Tier 1 - Basic license offers extremely robust control from a single central operator panel.
However, is the climate chamber used intensively by multiple R&D teams and do you want to be able to monitor the process from a separate control room or engineering workstation? Then you can easily scale up to operation from multiple operator stations via Tier 2 - Professional or Tier 3 - Premium.
