Presses

Production with a press or out-of-autoclave system generally proceeds faster than the more traditional autoclave-based production. As a result, temperature control is often quicker than in an autoclave. Additionally, pressure on the product may come from multiple directions rather than just one.

With our Complete Control software, this can be set combinatorially in the recipe, allowing the press to follow a different work sequence for each recipe. Furthermore, by applying Complete Control to both an autoclave and a press, recipes can be exchanged between the two when processing similar products.
