A complete control package
Several times IACT Complete Control has developed controls for autoclaves in aircraft construction. These controls have always been based on a PLC with an HMI surrounded by a self-developed software package for work preparation. During the project, the limits of the possibilities in the HMI were explored and exceeded.
This has made IACT Complete Control decide to develop its own complete control package that includes everything from work preparation, curve management, batch management, simulation, process control, redundant data logging to data evaluation and automatic certification, in short:
